Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Requests after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel, pierced jewellery, or personal care and grooming items once opened. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty.

How to start a return

Email sudershanfashion@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns cannot be traced to your order.

Who pays return shipping

• Change of mind, wrong size, no longer wanted: you pay the return postage, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
• Damaged, defective, or the wrong item sent: we pay. Send us a photo and we will resolve it at no cost to you — in most cases you will not need to ship anything back.

Refunds

We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us and we will refund you in full. After dispatch, the return policy above applies.

Refund not showing up?

Check your bank statement again, then contact your card issuer, as posting times vary. If it is still missing after 10 business days, email us and we will trace it with you.
