Where we ship

Sudershan Fashion Ltd ships to every province and territory in Canada. We do not currently ship outside Canada.

Where your order ships from

We source our range through international manufacturing and fulfilment partners, and most orders ship directly from those partners to your address. This is how we keep our prices below traditional retail. It also means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would, and the timelines below reflect that honestly.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 10 to 25 business days from dispatch, depending on the supplier, the destination and the carrier. This is in addition to the 1–3 business day processing window. Remote and northern postal codes may take longer.

Shipping charges

All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Standard shipping, orders up to 2kg — $14.90 CAD
• Standard shipping, orders 2kg to 30kg — $21.90 CAD
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD

The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer an express service, because our items ship from overseas partners and no genuinely faster option is available to us.

Duties and taxes

The price you pay at checkout is the full price. If a carrier ever assesses an import fee on a parcel of ours, contact us and we will cover it.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you when your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to start showing movement while the parcel clears its origin facility. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email us and we will either replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
