These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sudershanfashion.com and any order you place through it. This website is owned and operated by Sudershan Fashion Ltd, a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Where we sell

We sell and ship to addresses in Canada only. All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do not currently accept orders from outside Canada.

How we fulfil orders

We source our range through international manufacturing and fulfilment partners, and most orders ship directly from those partners to your address. We say so openly on our Shipping Policy and About Us pages. Delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would, and the timelines published on the Shipping Policy page reflect that.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including shipping, before you confirm payment. If a carrier ever assesses an import fee on one of our parcels, contact us and we will cover it. If we discover a genuine pricing error after you order, we will contact you and either honour the correct price with your agreement or cancel and refund in full. You agree to provide accurate payment and delivery information.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and measurements are approximate. We make no health, medical, safety or performance claims about any product beyond what is stated on its page. Where a product carries a manufacturer's own brand, that brand belongs to its owner and we are not affiliated with it unless we say so.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Please read them, as they set out delivery times, charges, the 30-day return window, who pays return postage, and how cancellations work. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.

Your use of this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to harm other users. We may suspend access if you do.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, logos and original images on this site belong to Sudershan Fashion Ltd or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Product images supplied by our manufacturing partners remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links

This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw products, prices or parts of the site at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order, and the last updated date above tells you when it last changed.
